One Man Show in Pakistan's Politics

Dear All,
As all pakistani's as well as other nations knows it well these days that in pakistan we have two party system but it is not a bad thing because so many countries have two party system in their countries but more than this we have one man show in our political parties and that thing is very dangerous for all of us in pakistan how? the anwser is:
As most of you people know about kings and how they rule their countries that way is not a democratic way of government and in that senario general people does not have right to express there views openly and say truth openly the same thing is in our political paries the difference is that political leader are not accepting that they are king of their party.
